I am one happy dude!
Called NVC this morning and was told our I-129F Petition was shipped yesterday. I checked the DHL site and saw that it left New York facility at 10:17 am EST. I also sent the document package with all my evidence and forms my attorney sent me yesterday through DHL also and when I tracked that package this morning I saw it also left the New York at 10:17 am EST. Talk about things finally coming together after all these months. (Original filing Sept.)! I offer this as encouragement for all those waiting for their NOA2 from CSC. Once you get through CSC things fly!

how did you get the DHL receipt?? NVC told me they did'nt have it. ours was recieved 4-28-08 and shipped ti Kiev 4-30-08

btw.. did you mean it left the NVC "New Hampshire" facility or did they start sending approved petitions to NY somewhere?
