can you please tell me if sponsor and the household member can combine their income to meet the poverty line filling sponsor I864 and the household member I864a? My husband 's income is below the poverty line and i work part time but i would like to submit I864 A for additional income. If we combine our income it is over the poverty line. Any advice ? thank you all so much in advance! We r working on my daughters petition.
