how can my wife email the DS 3032.. i mean does she sign the form and scan's it and then email it to NVC or what..because that form also has a barcode on it so i mean how do u email it???

She just sends an email to nvc naming the choice of agent. Did you read James' shortcuts instructions?
So if she emails it i dont have to go through the steps for getting the bar code and having her sign it ...right??

She doesn't email any "it". She just sends an email indicating her choice of agent. Why are you asking about a bar code for a DS3032?
