Just wondering what name I should book my flight under. I should be reciving my AP documents shortly. I came her on a K-1. May passport is has my madien name and I'm assuming my AP docs will have my married name. I only have my Drivers license in my married name currently. Should I book in my married name and will I have problems boarding b/c my passort is still in my madien name? Thanks for all the help!!

I think airlines require you to book in the name that your passport is in. The AP will be issued in the name you put on the form. If the name is different between your passport and your AP document, take a copy of your marriage certificate to show to CPB officer when you come back into the US. It's probably a fairly common scenario for women who have taken their husbands surname and are travelling before getting a new passport from their home country.

Your ticket should be in the same name as on your passport - the airlines check for that. The AP (and the marriage license if asked for) should be produced for the immigration/border control check when you come back. Good Luck
