Did she get the tracking number? If so, go to DHL and follow its progress.
My wife had her interview on a Friday and received her visa by DHL on the following Wednesday. She is from Samara region...
It takes a day or two to process and then a day or so travel as you get away from Moscow. Standard is 3-5 days with about a week to the Far East.
It took us 6 days to receive the DHL package
