Hello all,

I had a quesiton about the process for assigning an interview date after case is deemed complete by NVC!

Does the NVC send the case immediately to teh Country Consulate? Does case need Consulate blessing?
Does the NVC already have an available interview date(s) list from Consulate to assign dates themselves to cases?
What are the general steps that take place after CASE complete!
Are there any ways to move up an interview date once assigned and how would this correspondence take place?

if it appointment post, NVC will assign you a date, it will then forward everything to your appoinment interview.
if not appoinment post, NVC send to embassy,name check embassy send out appoinment letter.
i think once u get your date, you cannot move up.
the time frame from case complete to appoint assign by NVC will be much shorter compare to embassy assign.

Hi, Coolgt, how are you doing? Do you get medical schedle? What does DOS mean?
My case moves very good, we are waiting to pay IV on line. Thanks for all the help.

as for me still waiting for the interview letter from guangzhou.

it a place where you call to get update on your visa after you complete with NVC

So, after our case complete at NVC, we should call DOS ? But ask for what? The status of our mail to China? What is DOS customer service number?
