My husbands Temporary GC expires on the 15th of August of 2008. I am preparing to send the I-751 on the 15th of May of 2008. Is this correct? Or do I need to wait until the GC expires?

I believe the 90 window opens on the 17th of May... DO NOT wait until the greencard expires
You can apply to lift conditions beginning 90 days before expiration of the conditional 2 year green card, up until the card expires. You do not want to wait till it expires.
