Is it a normal for NVC to request original BC in russian, original police certificate in russian, DS-230 part 2 , before the intervue? or is it something wrong?

no, it is CR-1, now i have to wait until my wife will send me a original BC and PC, it is not right, In NVC did not mention anything about these documents untill today, it is wrong

I am not an expert, but I seem to remember that those are required at the NVC for CR-1

Yes, they are required during intervue at the embassy, in MOSCOW
Maybe there's something else going on in your case and they want to check it out right away. (Name matches another name, etc.)
