Is there any case like mine here that have been approved by the USEM? My husband lives here for almost 5 years now and we filed the petition together, are we going to have a problem with that? I hope someone there could help me... I will have my med on may 28 and visa interview on June 3

In general, petitioners living abroad is not a problem. However, there is often a need for a co-sponsor, unless the petitioner is retired with sufficient income or has a job that will continue to provide sufficient income after the move.
