Do i have to worry about my naval piercing and ear piercing more than one? Hope somebody can help me, it will greatly appreciated. thank you!

I haven't seen it mentioned as being an ineligibilty - the U.S is more concerned with whether or not you having a contractable disease or long term illness which would impact on your ability to support yourself and thus not becoming a public charge. They are also concerned about whether someone has a health problem which would pose a risk to society i.e drink driving (alcohol abuse).
