Hi all,

I paid my AOS fee bill online on May 3, 2008. The online website now shows paid, and my coversheet has been generated. What is the rule regarding just mailing in my I-864 now? Do I need to wait until the NVC generates it or can I just send it with the online coversheet now? Does anyone have experience with this? The NVC hotline now says "AOS fee bill received," but that is it so far.

same here i paid aos fee online may 5 and right now may7 it is showing paid, and 70$ came out of my account, i was able to print the aos cover sheet online now,

can i mail in AOS packet along with cover sheet now... i think you can.. but someone plz confirm it.. and i mail it to what address? the NH addres we got on our NOA2? or st.louis?

just put in any yellow big envelope right.. anything elsE?

I just went through the same process. I generated the barcoded cover letter and the rest of the documents for the I-864 (AOS) and sent it to the address on the cover letter (Portsmouth, NH) yesterday. Basically I believe I am done with my part of the AOS, at least I hope so. All this and I have stillnot received the NVC bill via snail mail, and they initially said it was mailed April 28th.

ok thanks!i know even i still have not received it either and they said it was sent out monday ahaha.. oh well.. i gues i will send my aos today or tom or fri make sure i got everything correct...

and i hope i will be done with aos part!! then when do we get to pay the iv bill.. its still not invoived online yet..?

Thanks for all of the replies. My concern with sending it in now is that since they have not generated the I-864 for yet, I suspect they may receive the documents and not be able to process them. This might be similar to those that email their DS-3032 early and it slows down their processing. Also, if we send it in early, they may send it back. Maybe I will call tonight. Probably can't get through to them now.

can u print out ur coversheet online?

if so, then u can send in ur AOS today!!! check and see if u can print it out, by clickin on recepits, then print cover sheet

if ur status changed to paid then u shud be able to dothis!

I was able to print my cover sheet online. I called NVC's hotline just checking if I could get through to an operator and got in on the first time (super rare but I am not complaining). I spoke to the operator, and she said that if I can print out my I-864 coversheet, then I can send in my documents even if the I-864 has not been generated. With this extra proof, I sent off my I-864 today. Hope to hear back on my DS3032 so I can pay my bill and get on to the harder DS-230. What is the normal processing time for an I-864? I am hoping to know within a couple of weeks because that is then just one less thing to worry about.

wow u sent it off! i am going to mail mine on sat or monday morning.. i need time to put it together .. i thnk i should get an email response for my ds3032 within 2 more days...

for i864 usually they take a week now to review it and enter it in the system so by the following monday urs should be completed,

meanwhile i think our iv bill should be generated and ds3032 accepted by that time

then we can concentrate on ds230..
