Full Version: What happens after last RFE is submitted?
We had an RFE on our financial evidence(AOS) and before that we returned both the AOS and DS-230 near the same day. We did not receive an RFE for the DS-230 and since it is on a separate track I am assuming that they are now only waiting for our AOS RFE to approve the case. My question is, I sent the RFE back to them last wednesday but there is still no update in the system. Do they have to accept the required documents and then still wait 6-8 weeks to review our case before approval or will we have approval on our case on their receipt of the AOS RFE documents. Any help is appreciated, we are hoping to have it done soon so we can get our interview in june or july.

Even though the systems says 6-8 weeks, they always review the RFE in 5-7 days after it is received.
I would give 2 weeks.
