Hi All,

I has previouly filled out the I-864 form as a joint sponsor in 06-2006 to help my older brother to bring his wife to the US because he did not have enough income to support his wife. His wife already came to the US. Now, I try to file I-129F petition and on I-134 form question 9 asked: I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). Do you think that it's is best to include my sister in law on the form or I just put none? My income is 40,000/year. I appeciate of all your help or advice.

You definitely have to disclose that you have been a sponsor for someone else.

If you don't earn enough income to be a sponsor for the amount of people involved, you may need to get a co-sponsor for your fiance's petition.

Yes, you have to disclose that you have completed an Affidavit of Support in which the other form is an Affidavit of support.

Yes, DISCLOSE it. It has no affect on your petition. I had the same issue, but was never asked about it at the interview. I filled out I-864 for my sister and her husband in 2006. No worries.

Always answer completely and truthfully. I-134 is not required for submission with the I-129f. The I-134 is submitted at the consulate at interview time.
