Is the I-134 with the accompanying documents sent directly to the embassy or is it sent to the beneficiary? Please let me know if anyone knows. Also, if the police certificate, birth certificate and all other stuff that the beneficiary takes to the interview are all in the native language of her country, do they still need to be translated into English?
Zee Bee
The beneficiary takes the supporting documents with them to the interview.

The check list explains what needs to be brought to interview. Birth Cert needs to be translated. The 134 is part of the checklist.
