When will Vermont be approving petitions where as CSC is kicking out pretty good?

See the CSC approvals. They are now approving with Feb NOA 1

Typically, VSC approves faster. Now they seem to be slower. I am sure, VSC will speed up soon.
They should start selling those mini stressballs with USCIS logo on it.
I think they would a big hit, and with the extra cash they could hire extra staff to focus on our petitions.

I know - The Kathmandu government office where we registered our marriage is a paragon of efficiency compared with the VSC, and they don't even use computers!!!! Hmmm, maybe that's why....
