hi if u going to send ds 230 package in nvc, u should send original copy of birth certificate, marriage contract, nbi clearance, passport photocopy, 2 pcs of 2x2 pictures, if u are annuled here in philippines your annulemnt paper too.thats it. hope this help for you. good luck

- DS230 form (4 pages) Part I signed
- Birth Certificate (NSO)
- Marriage Certificate (NSO)
- Photocopy of Valid passport Biographic date page
- NBI Clearance (Orig copy)
- Police certificate (only if you lived frm other countries for 1 yr or more) we opted to include this one even if its not required
- 2pcs photo 2x2 (w/ name & case# at the back side)

* Court order annulment paper if any

PS
* write case# on every single page front right top side
* xerox copy of all documents
