Hello Nikki,
Since they're saying that they'll be processing your I-130 for the CR1 visa, they will start sending you all kinds of paperwork and bills for them to process. The first thing you'll receive is the DS-3032, also called the Choice of Agent. This is something that your spouse needs to fill out and send them telling the NVC who he wants to be the choice of agent, either him, you or anybody else. The choice of agent from this point on will start getting all correspondence from the NVC. He can also e-mail them who he wants the choice of agent to be.
At this point you will also be getting the AOS fee bill for $70 which I belive you can now pay online as soon as you get your IIN. Once you pay it, you will be able to download the I-864 and send it to the NVC with all the financial documentation to support your numbers such as tax transcripts, pay stubs and employment letter.
Once they receive the DS-3032, they will send you the IV Bill for $400. This bill can also be paid online. After you pay it you can download the DS-230 to send along with all necessary documentations. You can find a list of the documents you need to send them here:
Department of State Link Just choose your embassy and then click on Civil Documents.
When the NVC is done reviewing all the paperwork you sent them, they will take about 2 weeks to complete your case. After it is completed, they will make an appointment with the embassy within the first two weeks of the month for the following month.
