i'm confused in i-130 form in question no 10 it says:
Alien registration number:

my question is: do you write alien number if you filing petition as a NATZ citizen?

The short answer is: If you have an A#, enter it.

From the instructions:
"Write your name and Alien Registration Number (A #), if any, at the top of each sheet of paper and indicate the part and number of the item to which the answer refers."
