after siitting and dialing for the past 1.5 hour, i managed to get thru, (845 pm central time)

a nice lady asnwered and gave me the IIN number right away, no questions asked.. and even told me as of today ur ds3032 and aos fee bill was generated

woww.. guys just keep tryin they will eventually give it to you...now im gonaa go pay online the AOS fee..

Congrats hyd617!! I was also able to get my IIN number and I already paid it online!!!!! It's funny how the lady in the morning got upset when I asked about IIN number but this guy just gave it to me without any hesitation.

I wasn't able to pay the IV bill yet. I think I'll have to wait until they enter the DS-3032 in the system.

hyd617, are you going to send your copy of tax return or transcripts to IRS? I have transcripts for 2006, 2005, and 2004 but not for 2007(ordered but hasn't come yet). Should I wait for the transcript to arrive so should I just include the copy of tax return for 2007?

Something unpleasant has happened to us. My husband was able to speak to the operator at NVC and she informed him about the DS-3032 but he could not find out about the AOS bill he had paid online the other day as soon as it was available. Now when we checked back online...it showed the status as Not Paid. Has this happened to anyone else too? Should he pay again?

No it had shown the status 'In Process' and money hadn't been deducted from his account. He paid as soon as the bill was available online. The automated message had not changed though. Its strange...

ya its funny how the day ppl got upset, and the night people gave without hesitations. looks like we are on the same step!! i am not able to pay the iv bill yet, the box is not hilitghted.. maybe after ds3032 is accepted, probably.. lets see how it goes this week...

i made a copy of my 1040 and w2's .. those are the tax transcripts right..? i have my 2006 and 2007 to mail. and my dad will be cosponsoring so he wil mail his 05 06 and 07 ones also.. i dont have 05 since i did not work then..

i think the copy of 1040 and w2's should be sufficient?? someone plz correct me if im wrong...

ya i paid monday night around 8 pm and the payment change to in process.. and i got the receipt also...the payment hasnt been deducted from my account yet..

Yes, copy of tax returns is definitely fine but when you do that, you have to send in your W2's, 1099, and 1040 itself. If you get a transcript from IRS, then you don't need anything else. That transcript has your entire tax return on two pages so it's very clean and easy to manage. I think if I'm able to generate the worksheet this week and I don't get my transcript by monday of next week, then I'll just send in my 864 with copy of tax return for 07 and transcripts for the rest.

Also, if you login to the site using firefox browser, you will see that the "Print Document Cover Sheet" or similar button is active. I haven't clicked on it because I don't want to cause any issues but if I login using IE, the button is disabled. Just an fyi.

BTW, I just checked my checking account and the $70 charge is pending!!!! Hope it gets posted today!

wowww cool!! im glad now ur payment officialy went thru!! thanks for tellin me, and I did not order my tax transcripts as i have my copy of 1040 and w2's ready... i think its ok.. b/c we dont have time now to order and wait for transcripts..

got caught up at office..

I am able to print the cover sheet now and the status has been changed to PAID. My company was acquired by another company last year so the name changed and of course I have two W2 forms. My start date is still from four years ago but I think it will confuse the NVC if I say to them that I was employed for four years at the same place but I received W2 in old company name and another one in new company name. So to avoid all of these confusion for them, I think I'll wait for my transcript which doesn't show any of these things except the total income, etc.

ok that sounds like a good idea. u dont want to confuse them. even though my income is well above their pverty line.. i am going to have my dad as my co sponsor..

so as soon as i can printout my aos cover sheet online i will mail the aos packet....my dad will be sponsoring b/c i started working in 06 after graduation before that i was a full time student..

i have 3 diff w2s from my 3 diff jobs i had since graduation.. lol

Just wanted to inform you all that about 10 hours later we found that the payment has been processed. Now the website shows the status of AOS bill as PAID. Alhumdulillaah.

i just called NVC to get IIN, first she give to me my WAC # but when i said that now i can pay online she oh no we dont have that IIN

anyways i have already send in mail my AOS fee bill

its been one week my husband send the email to NVC regarding Choice of agent but still no response

I dont know how long it takes for NVC to receive email, but I decided to send in Hard copy just in case! But since my hubby is still working on DS-230 we are ok with the time frame for now.

lets hope we get a response for the email soon

i already have send the hard copy of choice of agent and AOS fee bill on Friday. they received on this Monday as i have check the delivery conformation.

did u pay ur aOS bill? if not then do that (u can do itonline- call the nvc to get ur iin number) if u did that, then if u have ur cover sheet u can send in ur AOS packet... please put a timeline on ur signature so we can see where u are at..

well they generated on April 28 my aos fee bill and i send them on Friday by mail by using wiki shortcut

Since you did it by mail, it might take a few days before they generate your I-864, wait until your message says it's been generated to send it in. You might try to get your IIN number or do James Short Cuts.
