I have at last after filing March 2007 received a date for an interview in London at 8 a.m. June 5yth, so will have to stay overnight as I live in Glasgow. can anyone recommend anywhere, cheap and close so I don't have too far to travel the next day? And when should I arrive?
thanks

When I did my interview, I just turned up at the hotel bookings kiosk in Victoria bus station and told them where I'd like to be near and how little I wished to pay. They found me a 4-star hotel just around the corner for about thirty quid. It was perfection!

To be honest I haven't kept track of my timeline and odn't know it all in such detail as everyone else does, i know I started this end of March 2007 and that's about it. I made mistakes with forms I forgot to send my husband's signature on original I864 (I'd just lost my dad and wasn't exactly thinking straight0 and then I filled in a form with where I had stayed since birth instead of since I was 16, they sent it all back cos I had the wrong year, then they lost my passport photos, I sent them last March and they wrote about Feb to say they didn't have any,so it's been a catalogue of disasters.
