Little Driving license history....
97 french driving license
98 californian driving license (had to pass writing and road test)
99 Quebec (Canada) driving license (wich they gave me because of my french driving license)

So what happen for me in 2008 ?
able to renew my old californian driving license ?
or will i have to pass the writing and/or road test ?
