Hey all,

My wife might need to travel back to India after she comes here to attend marriage in the family. So do they give hard time to anyone who might have entered US and then traveled out of country(or specifically where they came from) within six months? I don't think there should be any issue because CR-1 allows person to travel outside of U.S. but just wanted to make sure this is OK.

Have heard of other cases of people having to go out of the country on emergencies within months of arriving, no problems and all went smoothly.
