ive tried every single number listed on the website (the official one, and on visa journey) the ONLY one i got through on told me to call a different number that wasnt working...i have emailed the embassy and (of course) no response on a valid number.

i dont know if its just my phone, or what....but has anyone else had this issue? or anyone know a working number to dial from the US? the only other number left is the one that charges money....and im not sure they could help on that number anyway.

please let me know how i can contact them by phone, my fiancée is really freaking out (as is the usual state of filipinas for some reason )

I used this number in calling USEM last week: 02 301 2000. Talked to Grace. As advised by Loterly, hit 0 everytime an answering machine attempts to answer until someone picks up the phone. I called around 8:15AM and I only hit "0" three times, and someone picked up the phone.

Anybody in the US having difficulty with the Touch tone system there? I can't even call the extensions after I finally get in contact.

hi i just called the number 301200075184 and talked to grace. you just have to continuously press redial when her line is busy and then eventually you will get through the line and get to talk to grace or lorraine. good luck!

i guess that wasnt grace who answered your call, it has been lorraine answering the calls right now.. she is not as informative as grace. thats why its hard to get through. its monday today and i think grace is busy processing the verified documents they received last friday.
