Oh my God, after waiting for so long, and envying those other December filers under CSC who got their Noa2 sometime March, here we are extremely happy and excited that our NOA2 finally arrived this May 2.

Anyways, how long is Cenomar and Police Clearance effective? My Cenomar and Police Clearance were issued dated April 2, 2008. Are they still applicable come by June interview?

Second question is, how long does it usually takes to wait in between getting Noa2 and interview? Im curious but how do everyone set appointment with the US Embassy (Manila)? I heard there is a website where it can be made online. Or is phone call better than setting appointment online?
Just hoping to get prepared as early on.

My understanding is that the interview appointment is made for you. After you send in your "packet #3", they send you "packet #4" and I think that has your interview date, but I´m just going off what I´ve read. It hasn´t quite gotten that far for us--yet.
