i was looking through the instructions for the I 765 and the required documents said 2 passport photos.. we are doing the I 485, I 864 and I 765 together, which asks for 2 passport pictures.. am i correct in saying that my husband needs a total of 4 passport photos... your help would be greatly appreciated ... oneder

to my understanding if you dont aply for the advance parole travel document ( I-131)
wich is already included in the price for AOS and might come in handy incase the AOS process takes long ,and if you like to travel before GC gets aproved you would need the I-131 ,
then yes if you only aply for I485 and I 765 you would only need 4 photoes ,
( if you deside to go for the I-131 , you need another 2 aditional photoes )

If you also filing for the AP then you will need a total of 6 pics.
If you are not filing for it 4 pics are correct.
