My ? is When applied for adjustment of status.. How Long is it before you can apply for social security card.. will a letter come to notify us to apply that is question.. I ask.. is it like two months ???? i know all about other

You can check USCIS for your local centers time tables. Same place you chked the monthly processing times for the CSC or VSC . It would be under the field office times.

You can apply for an SSN usually withint 2-3 weeks of your arrival into the USA. If your office is saying you need to wait for the EAD, then the EAD takes between 2-3 months to receive.
