I read a lot about false RFE
I know this question was answered many times
But Today is Saturday and can't wait until Monday, so I am asking you guys

I called them on Friday, they told me they received I-864 in Tuesday, but didn't see the ds-230 in the system yet
I know they received ds-230 Tuesday( usps says Tuesday )
Today the automated system says"
On May 2nd we reviewed your forms and documents and found info or documents missing?
Can this be the missing ds-230 that is still waiting to be entered in the system or is is really something missing in the ds-230 package?

it also happen to me before they said they havent received my fee bill and forms and then waited 5 days nvc automated machine and a response from nvc was received that they already received it and missing rfe on my ds230 checklist i would suggest you to email nvc asap and call them at the same time to verify so while waiting for the rfe letter/notice you already ready the docs needed dont wory things will be okay.. sometimes its the processing department who has difficulty on it..

Even though they received your DS-230, they still have not entered it into their system. That's why you're getting the false RFE. Its very common.

Yup, I got the same false RFE ever since my I-864EZ was cleared at NVC. They need my DS-230.

Now, it is easier for me to wait for Monday, so I can call NVC
