I knew someone who applied for fiancee visa not for US but for Germany that was required to present a document, which is signed by the parents giving consent that the petitioner (German guy) can marry their daughter.

I already knew the list of documents as evidences needed for the K1 visa but I just want to know regarding this document if this is still needed. I know Germany is different from US, but I just want to be sure if there such kind of document that the Consul from the US embassy will require the K1 beneficiary to present it during the interview.

No such form required by the USA. (Unless the girl is under 18, and an individual state requires parental consent)
And although I really have no idea about Germany (other than being there a few times), I doubt for an adult they require such a form either, unless it is a young person. A lot of miscommunication regarding what is required, and I think is probaly a good example of something nobody acutually requires for an adult (but I can se some church making it a requirement, or again, marriage of a person under the age of majority)....

Only when the beneficiary is between 18 to 21 years old. The parental consent is not a requirement during the interview but will be asked during the CFO seminar.

Goodluck on the journey.

Jom, Schooled me on this subject.

Long story short, Yes you will need a parental consent if she is between age 18 - 21.

You will not be able to get CFO stamp, unless you have parental consent.

No CFO Stamp, No leave country.

Jom, also suggested to get it Notarized. And in PI only a lawyer (i think) can notarize.
