Oh girl I know what you mean. As far as that blasting stuff....people on here can be so rude. But actually CSC is moving much faster with I-130's compared to VSC. I don't know what VSC is doing. Anyway, I just looked at your timeline and its really odd that you don't have a KNG number from the NVC yet. I don't know what the 202 number is. I hear people in the Yardie thread talk about that one but I've never used it or heard much about it anywhere else.....maybe its a local NY number for the NVC or something. I use the #603-334-0700 number for NVC. It was the number on my NOA2 as the contact for NVC and its worked for me. I see that your I-129f was approved quick so essentially you should be a K3 filer and shoulda wisked thru the NVC portion.

Did USCIS give you a date that they sent your case to NVC? Your case should probably be at the Embassy by now so I'm not sure whats going on. Call USCIS get the date that your file was supposedly sent to NVC. Also call the number above and enter your USCIS case number and see if the system reads your case and then gives you a KNG number.

I'm so sorry you've been waiting so long. I know it must be hard with the little one and daddys not around. Let me know how it goes.

I am so sorry that this is happening to you but you have to keep calling them until you get some results. You can also try emailing Kingston and the NVC and if they have your case in Kingston, they will respond to your email.

Good luck on getting some results in your favor good.gif

When I called USCIS they told me the same stuff that is printed on my approve papers for the I-129 and I-130.
They said they cant tell me anything more but are petitions are sent to the NVC.
I have called the 603 # allso and they tell me No Petition there and to call USCIS to find out if its been sent becouse so do get lost.
Then USCIS say well it hasnt been 90 days yet so thats that. When its been long then 90 days then we go and look for ya stuff.
Crazy

You got your Noa2 during the dead zone. Many K1 filers who were approved in that time from are JUST getting their cases off to NVC. It seems early March to the present it has been a very very slow time. Keep in contact with the NVC . Tuesdays seems to be their big day for updating things. You are slow in getting there but their are others so don't totally panic yet.
