My husband filling for my daughter who is 15 years old. I have a couple questions. Fisrt, does my daughter need to provide police records for NVC . She is only 15. Second for AOS my husband petitioned for his kids last year (4 kids) and his sister was the joint sponsor for the AOS for the kids. I got my green card last year and he was my sponsor too. Now we want to file I864 and i think since my husband sponsord his kids and me NVC going to requere joint sponsor . And I would like to be the joint sponsor.So should i use I864 or I864A?

No police reports needed, they are only needed for persons over the age of 16.

Only US citizens can sponsor, but you as a member of the household can provide an I-864A to add your income to that of the sponsor in same household.
