I just got my noa 2 last week and we are applying for cr-1. I am about to move this weekend. I've been so busy I havent checked if its left uscis yet. My question is who do I contact for address change? NVC or california service center or both? Thanks

If US Citizen is moving, and you have NOA2 letter then don't bother updating address with USCIS, you may contact NVC and update it with them so that they will send any correspondence that they send to US Citizen to their new address.
