HI all - we just got our Interview date - June 3rd! However, the problem is, we are in the States and will not be back in London until June 11. Does any one know how to change an interview date?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

You will need to call the embassy premium line, or in your case have someone in the UK call the embassy and ask for an email code so you can email the embassy and request a new interview date.
If that's not possible, you can mail them a letter.
London tends to be very good about this type of thing, so don't worry about it!!

The embassy hotline, told me to make the request in writing.
My original date fell the same day as my Mum's wedding! Wrote a grovelling letter, got a new date within a week.
