Please advise!!!!
My wife's AOS is still pending,
she's on K3 which expires in mid October
She wanna go to Pakistan this month and come bak in mid August
Will there be a problem on re-entry, just because her visa will expire soon?
Does she need to have advance parole to get back?

YEs, she will need Advanced parole to re-enter. Did u apply for that when u applied for AOS/EAD? That also takes upto 3 mos. We are still waiting for my husband's ap so we can travel.

K3 is a multiple entry visa. She can leave and return to USA as many times as she wants before October. She does not need advance parole like K1 people do. (K1 is good only for ONE entry into USA.)

The only danger is, if something happens there to delay her return till after the expiration date. If that happens she will not be able to return to USA and you have to start the visa process all over again.
