Hello Again,

Another question my fiancee had was which forms does she fill out before she lands for customs and immigration? I would just like her to be prepared and we are not sure because of the K-1 Visa.

Correct. You can get samples of the customs form and instructions here: http://www.customs.gov/xp/cgov/travel/id_v...4_instructions/

A sample of the I-94 form is found here:
http://www.uscampus.com/arrive_usa/arrive_i94.htm

They're not very difficult; most travellers to the US have to fill them out on board the plane.

BTW, in case anyone is reading this who will be coming with an IR-1 or CR-1 visa, the I-94 is not required for those visa types. The I-94 IS required for K-1 or K-3 visa holders.

Everyone needs a customs form, whether citizen, PR, visa holder, or whatever. But only one customs declaration is needed per family.
