Does anyone know what the procedure is to postpone a K1 interview.
Do we just mail the embassy?

You should be able to call or e-mail the consulate to request the interview be moved.

I agree,
Although you can call or email the consulate as ZeeNusah said to postpone your K-1 interview, but I would have say to try your best not to and keep your appointment. It's already hard enough waiting to finally get this interview date, so why delay it any more then you have to? Eitherway you decide to go I wish you both Good Luck!

Congrats on the success, glad it was so easy and thanks for the info!
Surprisingly you got it very soon also. From what I've heard is if they pospone they postpone it for 3-4 months.
