They won't issue an RFE until they start processing your case. Settle in for a bit of a wait. You can't do anything about it right now, so don't stress about it. They'll issue an RFE once it hits an adjudicator's desk. They'll send you what you need to fix, just fix it and get it back to them ASAP. The official USCIS line is that once they receive your response to the RFE they immediately start working on it again. As long as you guys are right on top of getting it back, it shouldn't delay you too much.

While you're waiting for it timeline.gif

What kind of mistakes are we talking about... typos? simple misinterpretation of facts? misrepresentation?

Good point fwa...I just assumed it was typos/missed signatures. If you misrepresented yourself or put incorrect information in the petition you might have a lot of trouble later. You should receive your NOA1 (the paper your referring to) within a couple of weeks of them cashing the check. Since you haven't filled out your timeline or any information about yourself we can't be more specific than that. VSC tends to take longer to get NOA1's out.

How wrong was it? Are we talking wrong month or wrong year? If it's the wrong year, it won't come up until the interview, but (depending a LOT on where the foreign fiance/e is coming from) it could cause a lot of trouble. I'm not sure how to fix it, though.

Parental information, I don't believe is so important..

Address for the USC is not so much a problem as long as you can receive mail there..

How bad a miss on the "meeting" dates? Does your evidence support a meeting during that time frame or not?

What country or consulate will you use?

As someone said before...I wouldn't worry about the address problem as long as you can receive mail at work. If you are very worried about it you can call and do an address change with USCIS (You'll have to wait until you receive your NOA1 in a couple of weeks so that you have a reference number). Don't worry about the coversheet, it's in USCIS's hands now, I think that the coversheet is for their convenience, it's not a necessity. I also wouldn't worry about the mother's name, I don't think they'll be too concerned about that. Again, if it's a problem, they'll send you an RFE and you can fix it then.
KimandRuss
I think you are working yourself up over something that may very well be nothing. wink.gif

Whether you receive an RFE for the items in question you mention is up to the adjuticator handling your case. Nobody here can tell you whether or not that's going to come.

You can't send in anything else to correct it anyway. All you can do is sit back and wait to see if you get an RFE to correct the information. If that happens, you send it in. Worst case is a delay.

I'd be checking to make sure you have everything else as mentioned in the guides and/or uscis instructions for I129-F wink.gif
