I was surprised when I was asked for a Baptismal Certificate during the pre-screening and good thing I have it. So for all of you who will have your interview...just ready your Baptismal Certificate too .

Thanks for the info... I have two baptismal certificate though, one from the catholic church and one from the Christian church when I was baptist after I received Jesus as personal Lord and Saviour. maybe I should just bring both noh?

Hi Banananut! You were interviewed on April 29th, right? I was there too. My queing number was 7040. I hated that cranky Viatnamese/Korean woman assigned at window 33 for finger scanning!

I dont think it is required as it is not mentioned in the packet (us embassy web) but I was asked during the pre-screening and submitted it. So even if it is not listed to one of the requirements that we need to sumbit it is smart to get one just incase. I would think Cenomar is important and is one of the requirements but they didnt ask for it....so we just never know what they will ask. It dont hurt to get one anyway and its very cheap and fast.

I was not asked for baptismal certificate...

but I brought my birth certificate from our local municipal hall coz my NSO BC is blurry.. (just to be in safe side,, so that when they will verify my BC, and can't read,,, they will not request anymore from my liblib town and make the processing so slow like turtle



But this is great info for others... to those who have upcoming interview

Its not late registered. He asked for it along with NBI and Birth Cert.
