I got a package from my fiance. He included a letter of employment from his HR office. But, it was printed out from PDF file. Basically his company sends any documents electronically. And his HR office boss wrote a letter and signed. But, she is in Florida, so she sent him the letter through PDF file. Is it ok to bring that to the interview? It is on the company's letter head and has all info about the company like phone number, fax, address etc. Please let me know.

You should be fine with the pdf of the employer letter. Your Affidavit of Support does need to be notarized tho. wink.gif

good luck!

Do you have any other backup evidence? For example: pay stubs, tax transcripts, etc? If so, I don't think it'll be a problem.
