for those who happen to wait for more than 2 weeks for their documents to be verified at nso (but as of this moment, i havent encountered anyone yet in april interviewees) this goes the same with future vjers who will encounter this problem...

you can ask your USC fiance to call NSO (their calls will be accommodated surely but like i said we can always try, its always worth a try for our own good)

this used to be the number for miss hufana but ive heard from others that if the call is from abroad, fortunately they can squeeze out infos like date (the date has to fall on a friday date) when NSO submitted back to USEM your verified documents or if whats keeping them so long to verify the documents but dont ever ask "the status" of your documents verification

*** why a friday date? every monday USEM sends our documents to be verified to NSO right? whereas NSO submits our verified documents back to USEM every friday only.


(i hope you wont be confused with this monday and friday date.)

Richard is the person to look for in that number, not hufana anymore. maybe it just take luck, courage, perseverance, patience, and sweet voice to be able to get infos like what other vjer here did. check his reply #16 on this link, if he can do it then that only means its really possible to do this.

Yes i did it with no problem. First thing I said was im calling from the United States and calling to find the date my fiancee's docs were sent to the US Embassy. The guy put me on hold for about 5 mins then came back and said everything was scheduled to be picked up and sent to the US Embassy Friday. This was a guy that answered after I was transfered so yes this does work

We called the DELBROS again today.friday, May 2..and we just knew that my NSO Documents were forwarded last April 14 to NSO. So, we called the NSO to confirm the status of the documents..still they said, they don't give information to the public and suggest to call the USEM. So we called the USEM at (02) 301 2000 7 5184# or 5185# and talked to Grace. She told us that they received my verified documents all ready from the NSO and my police certificate from Holland. We asked when we will my visa be delivered possibly. She just instructed us to call her back on Tuesday, May 6, because our case is still handled by the Operation Unit.. hmmm.. i'm not sure about that... but okay, i'm just happy to know that we hear some good news from them. I'm thankful really to God that He's making things possible slowly...and we are being patient

hi brynellen, im sorry u didnt get the info, but u will not really get the answer to your question becoz you ask for the "status" of the documents... and also nso is not responsible to verify your police certifcate from holland.

but hey i belong to april 14 batch of docs sent to nso.. and i just called up grace 2 hrs ago and she said my visa has been approved for printing today. breathe now brynellen coz its a good sign that your verified docs are now in usem. dont call her on may 6, call her on may 5, she wouldnt remember that she told u to call may 6 anyway, coz she will just ask you "what was my last update to you?" and you will say "you told me to call monday coz my papers are handled by the operation unit". and also when your papers go to the operation team,it means the CO had reviewed your papers already. that is how the process went with regards to the case of another vjer here named in_love_with_him.

so there u go, let me say advance congrats and happy trip.

u may call as early as 7:30am, but for you to have a good answer u can call by 1pm when grace had her lunch already then surely you will here, either your visa is being printed today or it has been printed already and will be delivered to delbros in the afternoon.. then u call delbros the next day for infos, dont wait for the text hehehe
