Hi, I think I have a strange situation here. I petitoned him on a 129 and 130 giving past 5 yrs of my employment W2 forms and email chats and photos with each petition, we were approved March 12th, assigned a case number from NVC on April 14th and then I get a letter from NVC * your spouse will receive a packet with instructions from the consular section on how to apply for the K3 visa at that post (Casablanca) and what documents will be required. , sincerely, Bureau of Affairs*, well, I called NVC and they said the petition was mailed to Casablanca on the 16th of April.......so what happened to me receiving anything in the mail from NVC I asked the gal there when I called, she said it is all up to Casa now to send any paperwork, because they do not have my petition anymore. Does this mean my husband will just pay for the application and processing on the spot day of interview, what happened to my end of AOS application of suport processing? I did have him email NVC that he would be choice of agent the day after I heard from NVC *to be sure *but NVC sent him an email back saying his petition is no longer there but in Casa, this is driving me crazy. Has anybody heard of them doing it like this? We have been married since Aprill 11th, 2007 (in meknes) then after 1 month I went back home to Michigan and applied for him , why does this take so long? Thanks for any info, Diana wacko.gif

i can see u re going on k3 route, the choice of agent is for CRI/IRI, k3 does not need choice of agent stuff. once nvc has forwaded your case to the designated consulate your spouse will receive packet 3 which gives instruction on what will be needed for the interview such as medical, police certificate,I 134 and some other docs. mind you your husband will need to adjust status when he get to state to permanent residence wich will give him green card. i will advice you to post more of your question to MENA forum where people from their personal experience about north africa consulate can shed light to your question
