hi guys,
im planning to have my cfo seminar next week..im just confused if where to get the immigrant data summary for the US bound emigrants,..this is one of the requirements...if u can suggest another things required,it will be highly appreciated...

If you are K1 filer Immigrant data summary does not applied to you it only required for CR1 and k3 visa

If you have your Visa.. It is attached to the front of the enveloped that says DO NOT OPEN..

Hi,

I called CFO yesterday and inquired about the Immigration Data Summary and was told it is not applicable to K1 applicants. So, for K1 applicants all we need are passport and photocopy of the visa. Hope this helps.
