Plz pray for us this process has finally worn us out........im not joken when i say that i am losing hair......and blood pressure keeps going up.......perviz has started working at the clinic as well as the hospital because he cant set still anymore and the clinic at least gives him something productive to do.......its getting even hard to be up beat on the phone when we talk....we love each other so much and miss each other......our relationship is not falling apart but we are crying.... is not something i normally do but doing a lot of that lately too...when i try to talk mostly gibberish comes out of my mouth ..cant sleep well .....and i have noticed even some of my post on the board are kind of rude sometimes that is not me either...my grades are starting to slip as well.........i just don't get it why they are taking so long .......we need all of ur prayers to get thru this we cant do it mentally anymore with out a lot or prayers ........i don't see csc pushing anymore than a couple of approvals out a week now......

Did you try to involve senators and such in the state where you live in the US? I really really hope that you get some news soon!!!!

I know how stressful and upsetting it is - And sometimes it's hard to stay up beat- after a long time of being apart you start to feel like you don't have anything to talk about - My husband and I went through some really hard times and he is still not here yet.. Have you called the CSC recently? They are currently processing K1's submintted Nov 8th, which is well past your NOA1 date.

yes we called last week and also we live in the wrong voting district for the congressman that was so willing to help us.......after he found out we are not in his voting district that was the end of that .........

It's just unfair that you've been kept waiting for so long! You've been such an inspiration to me, and I'm sure to many others here. I know there isn't anything I can say to comfort you right now...just know that you're in my thoughts and prayers and I'm sending big hugs to you. Did you get any touches after you called ???? Everytime my SO called we were touched .......I feel almost happy now that we got RFE even if we do not know what it is yet ...If I was you I think I would try calling them once a week ....not sure if it helps .....but you have both waited so long ...they have to do something

i called them nothing really changed they said our case was on the way to the adjudicator.....that was a week ago and no touch after the call.......normally it at least generates a touch to the case im just tired i know they have not lost the case but it feels like they are trying to wait us out for what ever reason best known to them.........

I know how you feel with the stress affecting your physical health. I'm still having such pain from heartburn, I probably have an ulcer (seriously, not just being dramatic). My hair loss has started to slow down now (i think). I was at that point too where I'd talk and not make any sense or have problems finding the right words, or they didn't come out right! Just way too stressed & depressed!
At one point I felt like I was literally breaking inside.
Nobody deserves to be put through this. I will definitely be praying for you guys. I have lurked in this thread & have seen your posts and my heart goes out to you every time! You've been so strong & patient. It's totally understandable that you're feeling like this. I promise you it will get better when that noa2 comes.

Sara have you tried to contact the congressman from your voting district? I know how you feel....it is so frustrating and upsetting...the wait....it's forever to us that are forced to be apart....I wish everyone on this site would call their representatives and complain, regardless of how quickly they were approved.

Even though we are approved, our petition is still sitting at a staging area at CSC waiting to be sent out....more waiting...

This is what I don't get, if indeed there was an expedite for people whose file was sent in september and was messed up by USCIS, why can't there be an expedite for people who filed way before that and have been kept waiting for so long?

I totally understand what you are going through. I have been in touch with my fiancee for more than an year and we are talking in hours everyday. Now, sometimes we got so tired of waiting that we can't even live far apart. Sometimes long distances bring some unfortunate situations that you don't wanna go through. Wish you a all the best and prayers are with you indeed. May be it helps try to get yourself busy with your favorite hobbies or work and try to talk less. Atleast thats what i did and it helps with me to some extent.

I am sorry this is so difficult and stressful on you and your relationship. I have two suggestions. You can do whatever you like with them.

#1. Call your Congressperson or your Senator and inform them once again that your petition is beyond the timeline posted on USCIS. Sometimes it pays to keep calling and be assertive.

#2. You need to take care of yourself and make your own physical and mental health a priority. Whether that means seeing a counselor, talking to a trusted friend, meditating, working out, taking a couple days off work or whatever...only you will know. I just think this process can make almost anyone crazy and unfortunately it will still be a while before you see your fiance so, in the meantime, you need to figure out a way to stay healthy during the long wait. It will help you, help your be strong for your partner, and keep your relationship in a more stable/healthy state.

I'm sorry it's taking so long for you, it's just so unfair. I know that this process definitely put alot of stress on my relationship and on me personally, so I totally sympathise with how you feel.

Morning to you. Maybe you can volunteer at Walmarts door until your approval comes. At least once it comes things move faster and you will have new reasons to lose your hair. WIth me it is the interview. Being from a high fraud area I have nightmares about him getting some insane CO that had a fight with their SO and has decided that NO one needs to be in a relationship. See it really can be worse.

But really I am sure you will get through this shortly.

Today i again contacted our congressman no luck but then i contacted senator wydens office........they gave me the number and name of the Immigration Laison for his office in our local area very nice lady had me fax all of our information and case number to her........we have our fingers crossed and hoping
