I was just wondering if there is any sort of pre determined number allocation, I know the chances of figuring it out are probably a million to one, but I am curious .
As a couple people may know, the number from our cashed cheque isnt fully legible. but we could make some numbers out.
EAC613151476 (as you probably see it is a number down) . which we think is probably 0 . any similiarities to recent NOA1's?

Have you tried going to the USCIS website and plugging in the number you think it is? The worst that will happen is you'll get a message saying there isn't such a number.

Was worth a try at least! You haven't received your NOA1 yet? Hmm...at VSC...you might get your NOA2 first at this rate!

Very clever!! Seeing as we have 2 NOA1's I just checked out your logic and it is very accurate.
Unfortunately hun that means you are WAY off. Sure it won't be long till you get the hard copy now.

yeah nico, that's nothing like what it should be. Your check was cashed a while ago. You guys can call uscis and have them mail you another noa.
and yes... the last 4 numbers are sequential beginning with 0001 each uscis fiscal year.

See when we first got the number, Steven said that the 6 looked like an 8 . changing that 6 at the beginning to an 08 does bring up an I-129F processing at Vermont around the week of them receiving ours and cashing our Cheque. I was wondering when you guys check your status online, when it says "we received this on..blah blah" is the date the day they cashed the cheque? .
We are going to call them and inquire anyway, just to be sure!
