I am a H1-B holder married to US citizen.I Has applied for AOS in Jan 08 and its been past 90 days and no information about EAD or AP, what should be my next step?

Call and ask for status: 1-800-375-5283
OR Info-Pass and ask.

you should be able to get an Interim EAD...just make an infopass appointment
