I just sent my I-129F to cali, I have had more than 3 DUIs will that have an effect on my approval?

I wouldn't worry at all... first off because you're the USC, and as far as I know they're more interested in the criminal background of the benficiary. Next to that is it 'just' DUI... It is not a violent crime or a terrorist thing or drug related which would be more reason to worry. There is no theft either in DUI so nah, I wouldn't worry at all.

Actually, I am the beneficiary in my case, I do have a small criminal background but nothing violent or bad either and it happened a long time ago when I was still young and I highly doubt I will get into trouble for that either... I am not worried about it anyways.

Nah, if I was you I would be more worried about the fact that you DUI for three times but not about the I129F.
