Nope. I've been working all hours to save money Alex. I will be working on that this week. I have sent an email to the London Embassy saying that I have changed address. I hope they receive it and read it. I dont want packet 3 being sent to Scotland.

We only talk on skype, everyday for like 2-4 hours lol, and use email only to send pictures, so i don't really have lots of proof... I think we have a good chance of receiving approval within next 2 weeks, i have a feeling it will be next week

How are you doing? How was your first day at work?

I will not be around much, too busy at the convention. My NOA2 came in mail 1 day after e-mail. I got the e-mail 3 days after approval. Soon I will be stalking the consulate. Iuliia is getting her police report started this week. Ana, any idea how long it takes in Ukraine to get the police report. I am sure that she can get it quick with a little extra cash. It seems like there is no rhyme or reason to the late notifications on approvals. Keep stalking the mailman. It almost worked in my case.

Ana and Nat, give me good news. I am also hoping for everyone else. I have no smart ### remarks today. Too serious with business. Gotta make lots of cash for my wife. My ex says she wants to take her shopping. I know my ex, this is going to cost me plenty.

So we went to get my engagement ring checked today for the purpose of keeping the warranty valid. They said the stone was a bit loose, so they would send it away to get tightened (free under the warranty). But it will be out for a week, that means I have to go home without it! I feel so naked without my ring, it's throwing me off. I had to move my University ring to that hand so I wouldn't feel weird LOL.

Going home in 3 days but not as sad as I usually am, as I know we're almost done with all this!!


I'll probably still cry though LOL

Jenni, Sad to see you leave my home turf in a few days. I will be flying in Thursday while you are flying out. I'll pass you in the terminal. My liver is going to need its own seat. There is so much drinking going on. Sitting here drinking a beer while us salesman compare notes. We broke out the beers at lunch and then they had free beer and wine in the exhibition hall all afternoon. No, I did not get the white zifandel. I have puckered my lips on more rear ends in the last 24 hours. I am not proud, not when it comes to the paycheck. Time to take some future customers out for dinner and drinks. Imagine that, more drinks. I think I will staple my business card to their heads so that they don't forget about me when they sober up. Maybe I will hire a tattoo artist to put my cell number on their forearm. Now that is aggressive selling.

Nat, that is still very quick in "wedding dress" terms All of my American girlfriends who've just gotten married spent several months finding THE dress. I guess it's US kinda thing, people plan weddings for a year or more. Nothing like back home where a decent wedding can be organized in 3 weeks, lol . Hope you don't have a cold!!!!

Kirk police certificate can be done in a week or two if you pay the "expedite" fee, lol . Little bribes go a long way when you are in Ukraine. Keep us posted on the interview date, hope they are moving faster than for the last two months. And watch your liver, u might need it

Ryan, I believe in strict order, thus Chantal has to be there before me, since you two got your approval before us. As I do not wish to wait past Thanksgiving, Montreal has no choice but grant her an earlier interview . Oh, and as reported by Jenny some lady got a really quick interview just couple days ago, so don't loose hope now!

Sorry you didn't get your touch yet, its only early in the day so maybe in a bit you'll get yours. Status wise thouse i see the touch but it still says received and pending, is there always a delay lik that?

Ana, we have quite similar dates and we haven't had a touch yet either... maybe we have the same adjudicator hehe

From what I gather, USCIS system has been acting up. Some ppl got ther Noa2 hardcopies and it still says "Pending" some had a touch and than an email with approval and it still says "Pending". So keep an eye on your email and the mailbox too . Oh, I so hope you guys are approved... and we are next, lol

Hi Ana! How are you? I am home, I guess I am feeling better , didn't get any terrible symptoms. I just got a call from my co-worker, she told me she has got a cold and staying home tomorrow. Okay, it might be not a year, but almost 6 months, because at first we filed in April. We're not planning something big, but we want to have a nice wedding. Yes I am lucky to find it so quick , I was supposed to go to a few salons, but I did like this one, so I thought I wouldn't find anything better.

Have I heard of it, oh, it's so very good... And I can't wait to have a Starbucks Green Tea Frappuchino... Anybody else craving anything?

Do you know when they are going to open Harry Potter’s world? My niece is obsessed with Harry Potter….

Should be later next year (2009). I don't know if you've been to Unversal's Islands of Adventure before, but they are putting it in next to the Lost Land. It will be quite smth: Hogwarts castle one can tour, Hogsmade village coverd in snow (!!!) and several fun rides, themed shops and restaurants. And the best thing, they are not planning to charge separate fee for it - included in regular Islands of Adventure admission!

Was at the universal studios 2006 walking around for 8 hours, my favorite was Rain forest restaurant!!! The food was sooooooooo good!

I've actually never been to Rainforest before, will surely try Last time I was at Universal was October 07 for Halloween Horror Nights, now that was scary!

At this point I don’t understand anything about how USCIS works!!!! This is ridiculous you and other people are still waiting and they are approving others in 20 days or so!!!

Alex, do I have a story to tell. Before Dave's trip I've sent him a list of things I wanted from the States. And right there on the list were two movies 27 dresses and P.S. I love you. To make long story short, I only got one movie, cause Dave thought P.S. I Love you was something sweet I wanted to tell him. I was like sure, right in between of "27 Dresses (DVD)" and "Aloe Vera against sunburns". What's even funnier, every where I go these days I get this movie mentioned to me, lol

That is so funny!! Was crying during the all movie (ps I love you) it's such a beautiful love story… makes you fall in love even more…
