I can't talk to NVC operator for how many times I try to ring NVC, automated message comes up, and each time I hit 5 to speak to operator, it always says that all operators are busy, then its transferred back to the automated system, and then it leads back to 'please call back later,.... goodbye"
Did any of you suceed in reaching NVC yesterday or today?

i can't tell you how many times that happened to me!! and it IS SOOOOOOO frustrating!! but never give up...lol....whenever that happened, i just kept callling back--and eventually you get through...
just be patient, and keep redialing...eventually you'll get the operator....if you're too impatient...try calling early in the morning, or right before midnight on fridays...you'll get the operator in less than a minute..

If you call during the day, it'll be close to impossible to get through. But if you call as soon as they open in the morning or right before they close, around 11:30pm EST, you'll get through easily. The night people seem to be nicer for some reason.

Call very early or very late...I like calling around 11:40 pm..always seem to get through with maybe a short wait.
Just keep trying. You'll get to the operator.
