Santiago arrives at 9:00pm jfk.. I bought a Heart shaped balloon to bring to the airport ha ha so he cna see me!! i thought what the heck, he proposed in front of hundreds last october at the airport the least i could do its bring a big balloon with me lol right?!


I will have a marvelous greek american meal at my house.. he told me to get him something he has never tried before!
so he s ever tried gyros and I love them !!

I arrived with my husband when he first came here and it wasn't as exciting as I thought it was going to be. In part mainly because I didn't fully understand how sad he was to leave his family and his country. I thought he'd be overwhelmed with joy and happiness but it was just a little confusing. He was very quiet and kept to himself. Then he was overwhelmed with all the new stuff around him. It was definitely not easy.

It's quite the opposite now... thank God!!!

Sil came with me from Peru and to be honest I was VERY sad, but he was my rock, as always. My inlaws were waiting for us with flowers and balloons, very nice from them.
