Yes, it does work, but sometime you don't get the response, so try sending an email again if you don't receive a reply

i've sent my ds-3032 on 24th april and today is 30th, should i hope for the response?

but on the automated respose it is saying the same response.

i actually got an email....

and this morning, the voice prompt finally said they've accepted the email 3032
