I sent both my packages via UPS to the NVC , to the address written on the barcoded cover sheet that i printed from their Online Payment Website.

Packages show up today as delivered to NEWINGTON, NH, is this normal ?, I wrote PORTSMOUTH NH, Are these the same place or did they mess up?

Newington is not the destination. Call USPS and ask them.

03801 is both Newington and Portsmouth. The post office decodes the ZIP code either way. Some ZIP codes just have more than one location (all in the same vicinity) tied to them. It got delivered to the right location. Don't worry.

the same happen to me, it show Newington, even it shows DOVER as a city, then i called UPS they told me that, that is where their UPS customer service location is, and they told me their driver has just delivered it to NATIONAL VISA CENTER and singed for by one pearce. so i called NVC today they have entered it into their computer just this morning and they received it last friday. so dont worry that how is UPS works
